DONT APPLY for MEGA MART Ventures Franchise – https://megamartventures.com/
Please read before applying for their franchise. They will make you cry for your money , will delay the store opening for months giving excuses and will pressurized you to pay entire amount in advance making false promises. I am still struggling with them and now came in contact with other who has applied and facing similar treatment. They promise to open store in 30 days per their website but will put 90 days in agreement and then will delay it beyond that . If you ask them to cancel the agreement and refund your money, they will stop replying to you. please save yourself if you can and visit atleast 5 stores . You will get the reality check. Please don’t make any payment for the product unless they complete interior work and accessories . They will make you fool saying AC/Freezer/Racks all with come along with product and will pressurized you to make full payment but after payment , won’t do anything. They will start behaving rudely and harsh words and won’t give you appointment for meeting.
Before making any payment, please try visit their 5-6 running stores (however they will hardly give you 1 store detail) but if you will google it or check in instragram , you will find few recent ones – Visit those stores and their owner will tell you the reality . They will take all money from you (entire agreement amount) but won’t do anything (hardly 5-10 % work) and you will get stressed and depressed waiting for their response. I am struggling but hope this post may save someone .

Apparently “Vinay Pandey ” (https://www.linkedin.com/in/vinay-pandey-53847b13a/) is operating 2 companies as a Director – “Mega Mart” and “Grocery 4u Retail” and both are indulged in the same fraudulent activity . They have hired Bouncer/goons as their Security Guard and receptionist in office so that you can’t confront them .
Unfortunately they have hired sales people who are also enjoying this cheating since they are being paid and rewarded for that – Amit, jatin, Anjali Mishra (See screenshot attached)
My hard earned money is stuck with them and will be taking legal route and will do all i can but hoping this post may some of you as early as possible
