Meesho has used some Libera shipping platform or Elastic Run whose number is not even available or website is vague on google search. Meesho doesn’t have any complaint procedure where in their manager can take over the call, they simple
Reply with what info they have and doesn’t want to investigate any matter. As per them their managers are alsoway busy and on other calls that means they don’t have any work and they have a lot of customers waiting or complaining.
Their so called backend team is using cut copy paste on the emails to reply to customers and no complaint procedure is followed here.
They don’t care about customer’s money it’s strange that they don’t know about their own delivery partners not even the name. Low class customer service and waste of time and money.
