I am a seller and Meesho platform, I had opened a new bank account in my bank on February 2022 and smooth selling was going through on, but when I enquired my bank about my cheque book they were showing that it was delivered and I didn’t found it at home so I said bank manager to stop any payment through my account until my further notice as my checkbook is missing!!! But accidentally the bank frised my account for incoming of payment as well.
On 29th March I realised that no payments are being credited in my account so I required my bank, when I got to know that it was blocked… So I made my account but unblock through my bank and the regular payment of Meesho started crediting in my bank account. The payment credited by meesho was not credited in my bank account so I further requested them to retrai the payment I have raised so many tickets and made several complaints on my portal to me sho that please return my payment back but they are not retrying it.
I have made several request to meesho but they are not resending the payment the relation of my and meeshoe is still going continuously I am selling products the sale of the products is also still good and the payments after 30th March are also coming regularly but the payment of 24th February 2022 tell 30th March 2022 is still pending with meesho and they are not responding.
Further I have cross verified all the NEFT ID and UTI ID provided by Meesho for the payment my bank manager is saying that all the payments initiated by meesho was bounced back to their account due to blockage of my account.
The amount of money not received by me is rupees 1,60000
