From last Several Month i am receiving Wrong or Missing Products in my RTO products. Even meesho is not taking any action for these items. I send the product in proper packing with Proper label . But when customer cancels the products , i am receiving the product in different packing with having any label attached on it. Only information present on the packet is the barcode and the destination address…..Meesho is not doing anything for this concern and keep sending the same response “We understand your concern and are truly sorry for this inconvenience. However, in compliance with the internal supplier policies, we are unable to process your request for Sub Order” …..And they are not taking any action for wrong returns.

Messho seller panel is very bad, it only disappointed seller. Its support section is very bad, they can’t has care his seller. If the seller describe any problem with his team they are not listening. they are hire unexperienced girls staff they can’t understand seller problem they only speak his written words. We are also feel the RTO of this panel is too much higher then other online selling panels. There are extremely fraud with seller, either the parcel RTO returned or wrong/missing product returned
