I raised return request on app but customer care team gave it through QC process but as I received completely wrong product that’s why It failed in QC. I urged them to do it to non QC pickup and call them but they don’t do anything and my pickup cancelled again and again. I also contacted your courier partner they asked me that meesho do not listen their request and generating fake AWB NO.
KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND DO THE NEEDFUL.

I ordered a cream from meesho in 5 quantity. They sent me the wrong product so I had to return the items. I placed return request.They picked up my item but gave me the return of 1 quantity only.Now customer care doesn’t give any solution. They cheat customer and does fraud to them.Its not matter of small amount
But people should know that how they are befooling customers and earning money from them
