This is related to facing such a bad experience while using Meesho for shopping.

I ordered a couple of dresses (Women) last month and return a few from them. As I got a few nice dresses, I have decided to order a couple of T-shirts (Men) but all of the T-shirts I received were not good in quality and had to return those.

I have placed all the orders for return and one black dress (Women) for exchange to upsize.

When I placed all the return requests and the next day opened the Messho to check the status as the courier boy picked up the wrong t-shirt we realized when another courier boy came to pick up the same t-shirt and he canceled the pickup as the t-shirt had already taken from one guy, I called him and ask to return the t-shirt, he returned but hence both for the T Shirt request pickup was canceled.

Problem:

When I open the Messho app it is saying User verification fail and the customer support team mentioned your Id is flagged and the user is blocked you can’t access the app and we can’t do anything.

Question – Without informing the customer how can you block the USER? When is some transaction going on? You should inform the customer before flagging the Id so that the customer takes necessary action and at least you should provide access to the ongoing transaction.

Hence, I can’t return the mentioned two T-shirts which are now of no use to me.

Ok. The major issue is here.

I have already placed an order in exchange for one of the black dresses (for 757 INR) refer attached snap.

The exchange order has been received on 8th May. Very very disappointing as instead of a black dress I received one damaged, poor quality green collar Men T-shirt.

When I called customer support, I was told they can’t help with anything as my user is blocked.

What is the customer’s fault here? why I am paying 757 for the dress and received a poor green T-shirt instead and you are not ready to exchange or return it?

If you don’t want to send me the correct product because the user is blocked, why would you have excepted the request for an exchange? You were supposed to cancel the exchange request and refund the money as soon as you block my ID.

But what you did is block my ID and send me a bad T-shirt instead of a beautiful dress and now saying we can’t help. Is the service you are provided? This is not at all acceptable from a brand like Meesho.

How customers will believe you if you are doing this and playing games with the customer.

Conclusion:

I have requested to exchange the black dress and instead, I got a poor, bad, damaged Men T-shirt (pic attached)

I want you to Please take either of the below 3 actions:

I want justice. I don’t want to lose my 750 rps for your fault.

1. Please unflag my ID so that I can place the return request for the exchange parcel received

2. Please send me a Black dress which I have requested and paid 750 for the same.

3. Please refund my INR 750
