I have ordered a product on meesho app but they did not deliver the product to me. On the other hand they marked on the app that the product was delivered successfully. I have been complaining for the last 1month but they did not provide me any solution. Today they are saying that the product was delivered successfully and they can not help me anymore. It was a pre paid order. They neither delivered the product nor refunded the amount.
