Meesho asked to self ship product for returning and promised to refund courier charges. After I sent it, they did not refund courier charges, instead asking me to send complete two months bank statement to check if I received refund or not. I am simply asking them to share transaction id of initiated refund, which they do not have.
Asking bank statement is it legal?? Cant they share trans id and date.
