I ordered a product from Meesho on 8th February 2023. Unfortunately, it is still not delivered and had an update of being delayed, no reason was mentioned for the delay. I received an SMS saying I refused to give the otp for the delivery. As I received the SMS, I called the delivery boy whose number was given, and the person who picked up the call misbehaved and disconnected the call. I tried calling him again and he said someone else would deliver the product as he is working on my id. i asked him for the person’s number he at that moment disconnected the call. Now I stand nowhere will my product will be delivered or not. what a dissatisfying service.
