Ordered a kurta on meesho on 3 Rd April ..by COD, product got delivered on 12 th april ..but it’s torn ..i asked for an exchange ..in very next hour .and they approved it ..but till april 15 they didn’t picked it up..and on 15 they cancelled the exchange.. without informing me..and i have reinitiated exchange again.
