Text of Complaint by Priyanka:

I ordered shozie sandal from meesho on 13th june Sub Order ID 533577783316_1. Even after 10 days i didn’t receive the product so requested meesho to cancel my product but the next day i got a message that the product was delivered. But i didn’t get any call nor any otp message, as I had already paid for the product. Meesho took 9 days to investigate and told me that the product was delivered and we cannot deliver nor refund the product.
