  1. Dear Shikha, we apologize for any inconvenience caused for the delivery of your order ID: ******6274. We received confirmation that the product was delivered on 10 November with an OTP-based verification process. Please note that the delivery executive can only mark the shipment as delivered after entering the OTP provided by you. Please check with family members, neighbours or with a security person if the product is handed over. Your ticket ID is 8699638477035.
