I ordered a product from meesho but unfortunately I was outside in Bihar and their was no network while I was in train i didn’t receive any call or OTP for product nor they called me after I get in network I called them and asked where my order is they kept repeating 48 hours 48 hours is our policies we can’t do anything such a old fashioned customer service companies as re moving towards customer support but this app is worst they will deliver your product to a ghost and they won’t tell you which ghost they did to now yu have to find who the ghost is
