Hi Team,

I have placed on order on 10th March 2023 wherein the the total cost of the product was Rs. 506 (total qty of product is 2) and paid full amount via online mode.
Unfortunately I received only 1 product, immediately I have raised a concern to the customer care and returned the product on the same day.

As usual Meesho took a week of time to respond back. To my surprise the partial refund was initiated of only 1 product. This completely shook me. They are cheating the customers by playing such games.
This happened to multiple people in my society and even with me this is the fourth time.
Initially I ignored it, Now this has become their business model to run their company by cheating customers.

Details for your reference :
Ordered : T-shirt of qty 2
Total cost : Rs 506
Meesho to Customer delivered qty : 1 ( Which is clearly a case of partial delivery)
Concern : Missing item
Customer to Meesho : Returned the product whichever was received
Refund should be Rs 506 but I have received only Rs 253.

They are playing clever games against customer and cheating people.

I request you kindly take an immediate action against such scammers.
I have attached the order details for your reference.
