Text of Complaint by Aishwarya:

This is regarding an order I had placed 872372063022 on 31st March 2023, the price of the item was arrounfmd 1,500/- and I did an online payment! Instead of the shown product (anarkalu) I decided a cheap looking saree and immediately I wanted to return it! Since the delivery boy refused to take it back upon the return request as they sat the item don’t match I has called 3 times to the customer care to sort this issue out! But the delivery boy kept on refusing to take it back and my return to do is closed! I felt cheated! How can the product pass the QUALITY CHECK when I get a totally different product from neesho! I am a regular customer and this was not expected! Kindly make them isseue my refund !
