Meesho Not returning or exchanging my product

Text of Complaint by Sagar Vaish:

I ordered a baby rocker for 1558 rs from meesho (goyal’s is seller name) on December 9 2022 and paid in advance through gpay then i got a call from delivery partner from delhivery that he can’t deliver the order and i have to pick it up from the warehouse so i did that but i got very frustrated when i open the parcel first it was completely different product from what I ordered and paid for and not just that the product i received was old,used defective with missing accessories and stickers..

Now here comes the twist from meesho.

When i filed a exchange request with my recived item images i got immediately rejected by meesho seller by a message that i didn’t upload the actual product pic and due to that my exchange got rejected.. and after requesting for two more times my return/exchange request got disabled.

So i used callback option in meesho app and a representative called me and asked me about my concern related to the product.. he told me that i used different product image instead of what they (seller) sent me.

And they straight made liar that i am doing the fraud with them when in reality i am the victim of online shopping fraud..

And when i asked to talk about this matter with their senior executive they didn’t get me in touch with him nor resolved my issue.

And I’m here with defective product of no use.

I got scammed.
