I ordered 3 items in a single transaction, however 2 items were missing and not delivered. To which I requested refund, I got refund on one item , but not for other item. It’s now more then 1 month (since 25th July) and they have not refunded the amount. I always keep getting new email, that we are working on this kindly wait 4-5 days but now it’s almost more then 1 month and no refund yet. This is rediculous.
