We ordered 5 items from Meesho online shopping app but only received 3 item. we ordered Cash on Delivery. So they don’t let you open a packet without making a payment. After opening a packet we realized we only received 3 out of 5 items and that too not matching any description of original items. We initiated refund and got refund of 4 items but they are refusing to refund the money for 5th item ( which was missing) of 954 rupees. They are asking us to send the item to them to get a refund whereas we never received the item. We called and reported immediately about 2 missing items but they are refusing to refund. Thanks for your help in this matter. We tried talking and explaining it to them but they kept throwing excuses at us and issuing complaint ids. We don’t know how to get our money back. Order ID #
