product details are as follows:

Faburaa Paradise Swing Chair
Product Purchased: 28th April
Delivered: 1st May
Return Request Raised: 5th May Despite multiple follow-ups on 5th, 7th, 8th, 14th, 20th, 21st, and 22nd May, the return pickup has not been successfully completed.

The delivery partner consistently cancels the pickup with the reason “pickup attempted but unsuccessful as no one was at home,” which is false. We have been present at the designated location on every scheduled pickup attempt. This situation is unacceptable. The delivery partner’s deliberate delays and avoidance of the pickup process are causing significant inconvenience.

We have also had min 8-10 calls with customer care executives (including Sr executives). Everytime we get commitment of pick up within 4-5 days but no pick up has happened yet.
Every time we get reply saying no van service is available to pick up heavy product. When you deliver the product how come you have van service available. Also why easy return policy is mentioned in the product details.
Now they have cancelled my return request from their side though I am still willing to return the product.
