Text of Complaint by Suma:

Ordered gown from meesho on COD. I made payment to the deliver boy and took the order. But the order which I received is completely different from the gown which I ordered. I received plain black cloth instead of gown.
The order status is updated as cancelled and meesho says we have not sent any order.
I have invoice but meesho says they didnt send it.

Customer care just will put my call on hold and is not providing any resolution
