We have brought a a product from Meesho worth rs1445 and we have received damaged product . Initially we raised for exchange , but they cancelled it without informing us and again we raised a compliant but no resolution. Again we raised a return a return request , but again they are giving the same stories . End of the day the pickup team and the customer care team are playing games .
