Text of Complaint by Abarna Balu:

I am a supplier in meesho
customer is retuning us wrong product. Meesho don’t take action against those customers. When they are returning they don’t ask for opening parcel video. Suppliers are asked to submit opening parcel videos. Irrespective of submitting opening parcel video they are giving the refund. They fail to take action against customers.
