Respected Sir/Madam
My father purchased agarbatti from meesho. Though the amount got debited from the account, meesho did not send the goods nor did they agree that amount got credited into their account. Ever since last May, my parents have called meesho customer care almost every day and they kept repeating they will check and did not agree to give their email id to escalate the issue. The bank also confirmed that the amount has been debited from the account but they did not agree to hear or even see the transaction or share email id to which we could send the proof. So they do not wish to return the amount and take no steps to address the issue.
