I’m Rashmika , this is my order I’d Sub Order ID 800895411909_1. I had purchased this product on 19 th Aug 2023 but it was defective,so placed an exchange request on 27th Aug, they again delivered a broken product, so this time i placed a return request. But they didn’t pick my order inspite of following up their customer care everyday . And they themselves cancelled the return request twice, but i again placed a return request. But there’s no action as such from them. They don’t have proper delivery system. More than 20 times courier persons came but returned without collecting the product telling there’s no space in their vehicle. Atleast they shouldn’t sell such products when don’t proper distribution system. They have time limit by when customers should apply for return but no such policy as to buy when they’ll pick. They don’t pick the product even after a month. Poor and Pathetic customer service is what they provide.
