My name is Swati.
This is order I’d 178027373693702337
And it’s issue id MST-8055856188
and it’s prepaid order.
I ordered 5 items (top tunics dress) . App were showing 3 will be delivered on 24 July 2025(today). But delivery man delivered only 2 and meesho application showing 3 parcels are delivered. I Even asked to delivery parcel he said he has only 2 parcel on sheet to delivery and still meesho sent confirmation of 3 , 2 with pictures and 1 without picture. Bcz that 1 parcel I didn’t receive. App is still showing delivered. I tried to connect customer care they said they don’t have resolution on missing product and executive kept me waiting for 15 minutes and didn’t transfer call. The product is not arrived , they are not giving refund.what should I do.. Please help . Give me refund of 316 rupees or deliver that parcel(that red top tunics) . It’s for rakhi occasion.please resolve issue as soon as possible.
