I got a speed post with scratch and win coupon inside. After scratching the coupon it says I won SWIFT DESIRE. It is a big scam. Can fool gullible people who are not aware of such scams. Please take action on it. REG. NO. PTC179371. 8th floor, sector 5, RDB building, Salt lake, kolkata, 700091
