I am Ravi. We have ordered a dress for my kid in meeshow.
We received a wrong product (Colour of the shirt is not the same as in photo).
We have raised a return request. But the pickup person denies taking the return as he was telling item is not the same which is in photo. I told him that is the reason I am returning the item.
When I call customer care, they are saying it is not possible to return the item as they confirm that correct item is delivered. When I ask them how they know, they have no answer.
