Text of Complaint by Asmatara Begam:

I am a supplier of saree on the meesho platform since 2019. I have received so many wrong returns in the last 1 year. in each and every case I have sent all the supporting parcel opening videos to the supplier support. in some cases they have issued refund. but for more than 160 orders they have rejected the claim by giving the reason of their own. for which I am in a loss of near about 2,00,000 rupees. here I am giving some products photo which I have received in the return of my costly saree. I need my refund as early as possible.

    I have received wrong item return from meshoo, they are denying to claim my wrong return item.

    I have provided all images and videos of unpacking, but still they refusing to claim my amount.

    Please help me to get settle my claim from meesho.
