1) I had order a board game worth 1000/- rs and they sold me a paper instead of a board game. I called customer care to return the item but they insulted me and didn’t do anything.
2) I had ordered a pair of slippers worth 253/- rs and requested for a return item. The delivery guy didn’t come to return the item and falsely updated the product status to “failed quality check”. And its been 20+ days, my order is not picked up and refund is stuck.
Please help me get my refund back because MEESHO is selling fraud and fake products and not providing the refund.
