I have been a reseller/customer of Meesho from past few years. Recently had placed orders for few products for personal use which got delivered yesterday. When I realized that there were quality as well as sizing issues, I tried to place a Return/Exchange request since they have a seven day return policy. I was unable to access the app and there was a msg that user verification failed contact meesho customer service. On contacting them, I was informed that my ID has been locked and now on I will be unable to access the app. I requested them to take an offline return request which was also denied. I feel cheated by them and now I am helpless as they are not even providing any particular reason also for suspending my ID.
