Hi, I had ordered a bag worth Rs1011 from Meesho. The bag was not worth it so I initiated a return, pickup was done and then suddenly my Meesho account got blocked. I tried reaching the customer care a number of times , only once I got connected and they told that I will get my refund but it has been more than two weeks now, I haven’t received any refunds. On top of that, my prepaid orders got cancelled and I didn’t receive that refund also. Another thing that there is a margin money which resellers get from Meesho after selling a particular product, that too I haven’t received. Some previous dues were also there which I haven’t received yet. In total Meesho is cheating me of almost 3000/- rupees which is a very big amount for small resellers. I hope I will get justice.
