Once I start to open meesho it’s states that user verification failed and asked me to call back for further assistance, once I call back to customer support he said account been blocked and can’t be used hereafter,and asked about which reason he blocked, he simply said because of returns and exchange policies and are we fools here placing orders for customer? And i asked him to transfer call to senior department manager, I spoked to hemalatha mainly I never seen such irresponsible senior without putting any effort nor the responsibility nor the concern. She repeated the same thing can’t be open again and not worries about customer opinion.she is speaking like an robot that it’s been blocked because of many returns and exchange policies.I’m just losing my temper when she said this,how could the policy be so vulnerable and exotic. Even myntra and amazon and every shopping app does returns and Exchange policies if customer doesn’t been liked the product,I’m so worried and tensed how could I believe and place orders further with meesho such an poor responsibility from customer team and senior department team.they just been blocked my account how can i now send the further tracking details to the customer? And i asked them and they pretend not to care any customer opinion
