I ordered a Kurta from Meesho Application for 623 rupees and received a torn piece of shorts from Meesho in the sealed packet.
Now upon contacting customer care they are telling me that as per verification of their records, they are unable to process my claim, as it is not meeting their policy guidelines. I want my refund as soon as possible for the garbage that I have received.
Meesho app has the worst delivery and customer care and they are just looting common people of their money by delivering garbage and not even refunding it in a smooth way.

I have experienced the same issue. I order one Nyra cut kurta pant of RS 750 and I recieved old torn pant. Now they are not helping for the same. They just raised my complaint even though I complained immediately to them.
