I used to purchase products from meesho. I received lucky scratch card through Indian post, I scratched and found that I won 12,80,000 cash prize . I was asked to send my adhar card details and bank details to verify it to their WhatsApp num and prize helpline number. After verification they said to pay government taxes in advance and later I’ll receive money I send my Adhar card and shared zero account bank details later I had confusion so I deleted all identity proofs and thought of filing complaint after seeing the same lucky scratch card coupon has been sent to other customers and they have filed complaint. When I called prize helpline number he spoke very gently and acted as if he is real helpliner customer and I won’t really 12,80000. I don’t understand how my person account details is being exposed my meesho to outsiders. Please don’t trust this type of lucky draw or scratch card.
