I ordered a product on 12 oct from meesho and I chose the option for cash on delivery and i received a call on 15 oct when my order tracker showed that my order was in Surat this caller told me that it is in amravati warehouse and it will be delivered today but i should pay for it online. He told me all the details about order and they were correct so i believed him and paid the amount. He told me that I haven’t paid delivery charges and I need to do another payment. When I told him that I’ll pay just the delivery charges he denied and said that onetime payment is required. He said that once the billing is done I will get refund. I paid but didn’t get refund. He send me error images and those were ai generated. He insisted me to pay more but I denied and he said that he will cancel the order.
