On April 1st,2023 i have paid Rs 1192.00 to Meesho from my account,but my order did not process and i called them but they did not return and asked my bank to request for it but bank said Meesho has to process and we cant do anything.They never gave my money back till now(May 15th,2023). Now i made one more purchase but i did not receive that package,instead they sent me some junk pieces in 1 package but on top of package description they wrote as two materials. When i put return request with those junk stuff pictures they said sorry and asked me to send them back and refunded only for 1 dress, for the other dress i have never got refund back. On 15th May,2023 i have called 10 times but no one is able to help me,instead they kept putting me on hold for long time and kept transferring me to others and i have to repeat same thing many times. I want to file a case on Meesho for giving me ao much stress, causing me all this trouble, making me wait more than 4 hours for all this and still issue not being solved. All my time being wasted,and lot of stress for trying to solve these 2 small issues.
