Dear sir/ madam,
We were using the app – meesho. According to their terms and conditions, if the product is not good or incorrect, we can return it within 7 days.
Therefore after buying many items from meesho, we got a few products which were defected or completely different therefore we had to return them.
Now the app suddenly blocked the account and says you cannot see any of your details on account as you have high returns. In reality we didnt have high returns , and this action was never mentioned in terms and conditions, not did we get any prior warning.
Our orders are now on the way and one order we received was a completely different product from what we ordered. They say now we cannot return anything at all suddenly!
After giving them so much business, and after they mentioned and given us the right that we can return or exchange, they have cheated us by blocking us all of a sudden!
We have noticed this with many innocent people in India and therefore demand strict action to block the meesho app entirely to stop these frauds unless they develop a better business policy which does not involve cheating customers.
