I’m very much frustrated and pissed of by the inconvenience provided from your customer service agents not responding and resolving the issue despite of the multiple calls or chat made for the issue that I’m facing.
I’ve placed the order in the month of June during monsoon sale and I’ve received a damaged and used item with lot is stains. I immediately place a request for the return for refund. My return was not done despite of multiple return request created. Finally after contacting so many times my return was created for refund and on 6th July my item was picked up.
Due to the multiple duplicate return request reschedule for the same item the return status for the 7july is a duplicate and it is incorrect.

Here are screenshot proof of the item picked up and return way back tothe seller for the reference.
Your meesho system is not updating the correct tracking status and showing cancelled due to duplicate return reschedule created by the agents for doing pickup.
You see there are multiple return reschedule request created and cancelled for the same item..
The item was successfully picked up done on 6th July.
Now it’s over 20 days my refund amount is on hold and my issue is not getting resolved.. you customer service agents not bothering to take the issue on higher priority basis and disconnecting the call and just blindly depending on the incorrect tracking status.
I’ve all proof of the item returned and due to incorrect tracking status updated my refund amount is not initiated.
Please do check the delivery agent is provided from your agent and the item is returned back to the seller and you guys are keeping and not issuing my refund.
Please do take prompt attention in this regard other wise I’ll file consumer complaint against you all for doing fraud and keeping customer money.

Your customer service support is very poor. Lack of knowledge and they even don’t know how to emphasize the customer issue.. is your training management or operational team ask the customer agent to disconnect the call in the middle of the conversation. Is this a way your agents support to the customer by disconnecting call.. very horrible and worst customer service providing harassment and inconvenience to the customer. If asked for the transfer to the supervisor or team manager to speak they simply deny and making us fool looping in their nonsense talk..
Is this your organization ask the customer agent to work and harass the customer by behaving rudely and disconnect the call..
Very un manner professional way of work. Meesho is losing the trust of the customer because of your customer service is horrible and frustrating. No manager or high level senior to speak directly and escalate the issue. Your management should work on this.
