I ordered a dress from meesho on 16th Dec 2022. On 22nd Dec I got a notifications from saying it has been delivered whether it was not. I didn’t get any otp from any courier partner I didn’t received the product but it says that the order has been delivered. I raised a complain on 22nd they told me to wait for 48 hours I did, again I called after 48 hours again they said the same thing like that I called them every 48 hrs. On 30th dec the team told me that I will get a refund within 3-4 working days, again I didnt get any refund or my problem resolved . What do I do now ? They are continuosly harassing me. When will they resolve my problem . I kept calling them but they are not paying any heed
