I had purchased a school bag and paid rs.679 (cod)for the same. I received the product on 5th of July and returned it on 6th of July 2022. I got msg that my product is picked up and has passed the quality check, but I could not get my refund although the product was received by the seller on 9th July ( I could see this through the link I got in pickup msg), after that I checked the status on the site, it is shown that my product has been rejected on my doorstep as it was not matching with the original product and I have to reinitiate the return and give them correct product. Then I went for support and requested them to call back, on the call they aske for pickup slip, I provided them pickup slip, and screenshots of msg of pickup by delhivery. They got to know that product has been picked up and promised me that I have to wait for 4-5 working days and I will be able to get my refund till 14th of July. But I couldn’t get my refund then I called them again,they asked for my transaction details, I provided them all details. I got msg that they have initiated my refund and I have wait till 21st of July.Again I had to called them on 23rd of July and they promised me for 29th July. I had to call them so many times and had to share my transaction details atleast 4 times with them but I am not able to get my refund. They are not providing the transaction Id so that I may check with my bank, and every time they are wasting my time almost 1 -2 hours (I have called them atleast 20-22 times). Every support person says the same dialogue that they can understand my inconvenience but I have to wait for 4-5 working days. Today is 9th August 2022. and I have not got my refund yet.
