Hi. I ordered a Tshirt from meesho and made the payment 267 online same time. Today I received the order but the delivery guy was asking for money of 550 with my parents as I was not available at home. He forced my parents to make the payment and end they made payment. When I got to know I tried to call him multiple times but no response. Even I tried to call customer support but they are like please contact delivery partner, if the order is from meesho so all the responsibilities should be from meesho only. Why should I contact the delivery guy. If this type of support is there then definitely many customers will loose their money and it’s clearly a criminal issue.
