I had placed an order on meesho on 3rd july which was prepaid but then i want to cancel it but i am unable to do so on app because the product was already shipped so i decided to cancel it on the doorstep. The delivery person called me and i simply told him i don’t want this order so cancel the delivery then he told me for cancellation we need an otp so i shared the otp with him but then after sometime when i checked on app the product shows it is already delivered. I directly called the customer care and then they said they will look into it
