Text of Complaint by Minu Merin Jacob:

I ordered a kurti from meesho on cod. In the meesho app it is showing product has not been shipped. But i got the product.After opening it was an old used kurti. Since the delivery details are not updated on meesho app order I can not apply for a refund. Please help me to get back my refund ₹866.
