I placed an order on Nov 16,2022 and we didn’t check that order is cancelled on nov 21 as orders on Meesho take so many days to deliver the item and we are still expecting. We received an order from Xpress bees stating it is from Meesho and the price is same as saree. Hence as we are still expecting the delivery, we thought it came and paid for it via gpay. But we received a jeen which looks as used and we started to create return request, then we find it as cancelled and we contacted Meesho first, they asked us to wait for 24 hours for status update and also we contacted delivery agent to get some help, they said it is indeed from Meesho and provided the order details. Hence we contacted Meesho again, but now they are saying it’s not their mistake and they can’t do anything.
