I had purchased 4 sets of products from Meesho and had made the payment online on 8th November. However, I received only 1 product out of 4.
And after raising a complain I receive a call from Meesho customer service executive where he told me that he has logged the complain and I shall be receiving the refund within 48 hrs but to my surprise I didn’t receive anything.
Post that again I had a call with Meesho executive he said it will be refunded and reflected in your account in 11 days that is by 23rd November I shall receive the refund and requested me to not do any changes or cancellation on the Meesho app for my order or it will delay the process.
I waited patiently although as I wasn’t sure and found it fishy to not review or cancel order on the app hence was in touch with the executive every alternate day.
Then again I got an email that my refund is processed and shall be received by 11 December.
Later on 16th December I received an email asking for my bank details and now they are saying I shall receive the refund by 1st January 2024. And when I call them or request a call I hardly receive a call back and when I do they do not have any proper answer and they disconnect the call while I am talking.
Please note they did transfer amount for 1 product and rest 2 products refund is still pending
