Text of Complaint by Sanil Maru:

I ordered product from meesho. Expected date of delivery was 30th June but didn’t receive product nor any communication from meesho on time. I had to call meesho and log a complaint post which received product on 2nd July.

Product fit was not good and I had place exchange request. Product pickup date is already passed and pickup is not done yet. And they are saying as per process exchange product will be shipped only after completion of pickup which is not done yet.

I called customer service but they are not providing me with resolution. I simply asked them to cancel my order and do the pickup and process my refund. They are saying that it cannot be cancelled.

This has happened with me multiple times and not sure how many customers might have already faced it
