I am a seller on meesho platform. Last 1-2 months buyer send me used and old product in return. I complaint on meesho and send them the video proof but they reject my claim and told me you video is not clear as per the video guidelines. Its happend with me 3-4 time only 1 claim is pass by meesho. Buyer keep my product and send me used and old product in return.
Now meesho charge me return shipping charge of 109rs.
Its a clear case of fraud by buyer but meesho not pass my claim. Kindly take an action against these type of online frauds with sellers.
