I was a regular customer of the meesho application . I ordered many things , but they suddenly closed my account. I had three orders that I had already paid for which were not yet delivered to me , they cancelled those orders and never returned the money.
Customer care says that since my account is blocked by automatic procedure , they cannot access it and cannot help me . I have about 2000 rupees blocked by them
