I ordered Nikon z7 !! Camera from the App, it’s was priced Rs 19999/- and when I ordered for cash on delivery first they rejected my order saying we cannot provide COD for above Rs 3000 so I confirmed with the customer executive will I get the same product what is showing in the App and the executive reply was “Yes” so I placed the order and when I received the order I was suspicious of the product because the original product cost more than Rs 2 lakh but they are giving at Rs 19999/- so I have made the unboxing of the product and I received the potatoes instead of camera. I raised the complaint with the customer service and they asked me send the photos and wait for 4 to 5 days to resolve the issue. Finally I received an email that they checked weight of the product so the quantities has been delivered. I sent an reply that even potatoes also has weight, but they didn’t agree. I am attaching the photos and videos of unboxing.
