I have ordered multiple times from Meesho and it worked pretty much like any online shopping app where you can buy and return if the product is not as per your expectation.
One day I just realised I can’t access my account and I have no updates on my refunds.
The quality that Meesho delivers is substandard because of which it is cheap. So for sub standard products there are going to be returns. I am not sure what are their policies and what do they expect.
A consumer atleast HAS A RIGHT TO KNOW VIA EMAIL OR CALL WHY THEIR ACCOUNT WAS BLOCKED AND WHAT HAPPENED TO THE REFUNDS THAT WERE BEING PROCESSED.
They are defrauding customers and an action has to be taken against them
